planned on 20's……NOT. More like 5's.
27:41 Rx (except reps 30-40 of the L-pull ups where i went bent knee.)
35: something….brutalized. Still need to work on my shoulder strength. 95 # thrusters and HSPU with one abmat. The rowing was nice.

l-pulls in 3, 2 and 1's.
next time lighten the load and go faster. learned some tricks from our visiting friends from CF Charlette.
