attempted to do the pullups and dips. Made it to 46 pullups and 115 dips in 35 minutes and ran out of time. Also puked at the end.
Most pullups ever for me. I couldn’t even do one five months ago.

i posted the wrong time it was 11:53.
I started with jumping pull ups but had to scale it down to ring rows I got 120 of those but only made it to 68 dips. The time sneaks up on you. I need to focus on keeping a consistent pace.
